Here, I will share with you one easy recipe you can make with Salmon.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
4 Salmon Fillet
⅓ Honey
¼ Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon Sliced into Rounds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour 1 tbsp of lemon juice in the salmon fillet to reduce the fishy taste of the salmon
- In a medium bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and the rest of the lemon juice.
- In the pan, heat the oil. Add the salmon skin side up and season with salt and pepper. Cook salmon until deeply golden.
- After about 6 minutes, flip over and add the remaining tablespoon of oil.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons. Cook until the sauce is reduced.
- Baste salmon with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced lemon and serve.
